Available at this price for me at my local Walgreens and cost-effective.
One of the best supplements to consider, along with Omega-3, creatine, soluble fiber e.g. psyllium, and vitamin D3; and perhaps B6, zinc, and/or multivitamin, as well as protein powder if resistance training and without sufficient protein in diet.
I won't buy this as I already have a generic brand. Unflavored. Tastes like rotten fish. Horrid stuff. This version has citric acid, flavor, and sweetener which I assume will go a long way to improve palatability.

I don't know if it's just me but I do get frequent headaches after having magnesium glycinate.

Have you tried a different brand? Sometimes it's the additives that cause problems.

I agree. I have weird side effects from magnesium glycinate. (Tired but wired feeling, and racing thoughts.) By trial and error (mag malate seems fine), I have concluded it is the glycine. Not crapping on this product, but if you haven't used magnesium glycinate before, I'd suggest putting your toe in first before diving in.

I saw that product too. Lots of reviews describing the horrible fish taste. I'm wondering if it was a bad batch or worse, they cut it with some adulterant. I've bought L-theanine powder from bulksupplements and it's been fine but their magnesium glycinate is very concerning for their brand.

The one you linked is not pure glycinate, the ingredients list a mix of glycinate and oxide. Probably why so many reviews complain about it not dissolving when mixed with water or other juice

That is true. This would be acceptable except for the fact that they do not specify the amounts of glycinate vs. oxide.
