I thought this would be handy, but the top part is heavy, unwieldy, and too big to fit in tight areas of the car. I found the extended reach 3/8" Milwaukee high torque wrench to be more helpful.

This is definitely my mosted used version. I don't have a high torque ratchet though. However this impact is extremely useful.

What's an extended reach high torque wrench? Do you mean an extended reach cordless ratchet?

I haven't tried it with the 5.0HO but using regular XC batteries I wasn't impressed the couple of times I tried, and failed, to remove things with this. Would put it pretty low on my list of priorities personally, but this is a good price.

I've used this the past year for brake and suspension work. I found it very useful in those applications bc my normal impact wouldnt fit and I kept destroying my knuckles doing it manually. These are rust belt vehicles so I still from time to time had to use mechanics tricks such as rust penetrant or heat. But the time and energy saved made this a go to for me.

Good deal for those who need this tool.
