An excellent game for girls in the ~5-9 year old range. Basically you play as Princess Peach, and in each level you transform into different "roles" (swordfighter, detective, ice skater, and mermaid come to mind, but there's a bunch) and play themed levels. Very much targeted at a certain demographic.

I would not recommend it for adults.

I don't disagree in spirit, however I'd highly recommend folks try the free demo. As an adult dad, playing it with my twelve year old son, I can say we both enjoyed it for what it is even if not our usual style. Don't think we'd buy it but we'd gladly borrow it from a friend for a few weeks.

It's a cute game on its own right and my daughter loved it. 60fps mode would be nice for s2.

May I ask why you as a dad don't think it worth a purchase as one and done deal for most rather than to play the demo which doesn't give u the full flavor?

I like this game okay. It has problems (unskippable cutscenes, no chapter select, some very cheap parts) but is enjoyable. It would really benefit from a Switch 2 update, though. It doesn't feel good in moment to moment play.

My daughter and i love this game. Easy for her to play (6yr) yet hard enough for me to get frustrated not being able to 100% complete the lvls. It is definitely a replay type game and not just a run thru. If you are an adult gamer and not a huge Nintendo fan then this game is not for you but if you have a daughter thats into gaming. Definitely worth the $30
