Many of the B&M discount stores like TJX, Ross, Marshall's, etc sell individual pieces at "decent" prices. Not sure how warranty works, but I imagine it would be about the same as long as you keep a copy of the receipt. Kohl's also sells individual suitcases, but their monopoly money and discount systems make my head spin.
(currently looking to replace an old Samsonite set from Costco that United managed to obliterate)
