I saw this in the movie theater last year for Ghiblifest and holy sh*t, it was so surreal how quiet it was during the credits.

Except for the quiet sobbing of most of the audience.

My god, what kind of masochist buys this to rewatch over and over?

I can only assume the kind of person who buys this is a depraved sadist who invites people over to watch a fun animated movie and then tries to lick the tears of their cheeks at the end.
