They don't post the thickness of the wood, nor the type of wood it is. I would suggest, if you have the tools, to make one yourself out of pressure treated. Don't believe the internet, you will be fine using modern pressure treated lumber in a garden bed. Studies have been done to prove what I am saying, but if you are worried just plant at least 1" away from the edge (which you should do anyway). If you want something that will last 10 years or more, use ground contact graded pressure treated and apply a penetrating stain. You can also make it higher than 11" which is much more comfortable when weeding.

My tomatoes, garlic, and potatoes are in the ground. My radishes, cucumbers, peppers, carrots, beets, etc are all in beds. It is so much more comfortable to sit on a small box and weed those raised beds then bending over to do the others.
Sure it is a little bit more expensive to make, but it is worth it in the long run. Besides, if you use decent exterior screws you can always disassemble it and rebuild it as your garden evolves or changes.
