Bought two boxes last time. Tried one bar and it caused havoc with my digestive system. Ended up giving the rest away.

Got 2 in January for 6.21, 1 in February for 5.40. I still got a 1.5 boxes. I usually only eat half of one at a time for a lunch snack and finish it for breakfast the following day. They're quite firm but not crumbly in a bad way. It typically stays together well. They do not give me the bad bloating & gas like any Atkins snack lines or the Quest cookies; especially if I only eat half a bar.

The deal appears dead. 9.47 price for me now.

The Cochrane metanalysis of multi-year randomized controlled trials shows that the reduction of dietary saturated fat does not reduce strokes, heart attacks, cardiovascular mortality, or all cause mortality.
The Diet Heart hypothesis is a tragedy of science in which a hypothesis was accepted before it was proven. Some of those scientists were true villains, unfortunately. When their experiment didn't confirm their hypothesis, they buried the results instead of publishing. And some were paid by the sugar industry to attack saturated fat and exonerate sugar.
The good news: you don't have to worry about saturated fat anymore!

These used to be delicious but the inside now turns very sandy and powdery when you bite into it.

Sucks that the quality is going down, I really love(d) Quest crispy bars.
