I understand one can get the 90's wet-dry-wet EVH sound with this pedal without having to use three amps. Anyone have this on their pedalboard for comment?

That's incorrect. This pedal just gives you a simple way to pull off wet/dry/wet all in one box. You still need 3 cabs and power running to them. Most common would be to use a head (or modeler/preamp) to one cab for your main dry tone. Then split that signal to a stereo power amp going to the 2 wet cabs.

What an embarrassing thing to say. Clearly you have zero education or experience in this field. I have been making electronics in China for two decades, Boss buy strictly off the shelf product, has no engineering team and does not use quality control for parts or testing.
Unlike you, I know, I have been in the factories. They are price driven. Sam is a nice guy but his niche is not making a leading brand.
For my amusement, what brands to you compare to Boss in terms of quality? I would love to hear it.
