Not very relevant consider they aren't new technology rechargeable lithium like the listing says. These hold significant charge and are the "green choice".
Reading is fundamental...Its all there on the page.

I'm highly skeptical on their capacity rating as there are many options that don't take up space within the battery itself to have charging circuits and connections that cap out around 3600 mWh. I'd personally steer clear of these and go with batteries that don't become waste if the USB connection breaks.

The Costco batteries are lithium ions marketed by Coast. They are very similar with usb-C charging cables. Please try to not be so condescending.

The Costco price was warehouse-only and availability varied by location. They were $20 online, but they're not being sold anymore as far as I can tell. Without a time machine, it looks like you're not getting them.

One thing worth noting is that the Costco AA batteries were 2,400 mAh while these are reportedly 3,600 mAh (edit: the Amazon page says both 2,400 and 3,600 — I don't know which is correct), so you're getting more capacity here. I can't really say whether the Costco ones were higher quality since I've never heard of any of these brands, but if you're after long-lasting 1.5V AAs, this looks like your best bet right now. Just because one store had a stock clear out price that was cheaper at one point doesn't mean this can't be a good deal as well.

Of course you could always wait and see if Costco ever brings back that set the OP mentioned. Here's the SD listing:

You can charge them on a decent charger or the case made for this style. You don't have to just use the usb but you have to have the correct charger.

FWIW I've been testing them discharging at 1A and getting 1600mAh average, so about 2400mWh.

Re: Costco deal - the AAs are fine but lithium AAAs usually have less capacity than NiMH, the circuitry to get them to work at 1.5V takes up too much room in the AAA form factor.
