Not the best PPI, but 240hz at 1080p for $120 seemed like a good price.

You'll laugh at my ignorance burn what specs make a monitor a gaming monitor vs a work monitor for example?

If you're using for work, generally I'd recommend at minimum a 1440p (aka QHD) monitor. You can get away with a 60hz monitor for work, but many these days are 120hz. 95% of people don't need a 240hz monitor and IMO 144hz or 180hz is enough for the majority of gamers. Generally, I'd probably avoid this as a "work" monitor.

Here's a "work" recommendation I'd make (that could also game):

I recommend 1440p instead of 1080p for this size monitor. But this is a good price so it's not terrible. The pixels will be a bit bigger so it might be easier for someone with bad vision to see things on this screen compared to a 1440p 27".

I believe the PS5 maxes out at 120fps.

Thanks for replying man. I have no idea about any of this stuff just looking for a decent monitor for a ps5 that has a hdmi 2.1 port. So I've been told at least I should get a monitor that has that but I dont know how necessary it is
