From what I can tell, this is closest to their Purple Plus model so not the entry-level for them. According to Purple "The only difference between the PurplePlus® Mattress and the PurpleRenew® Mattress is a Costco-exclusive, two-tone cover on the PurpleRenew® Mattress." Purple has their Plus models for the Queen at $1899 (on sale for $1599 now) and King at $2399 (on sale for $2099).

I can't seem to find it, where are you seeing that $799 pricing? I checked multiple locations on the Costco app all it shows is the $999 option and to order online, despite showing in-store stock

Click on "Warehouse" at the bottom of the app, then click "Search Warehouse Inventory". Then search "Purple" and it will show up. It's still showing the pricing for me until 2/22.

We have a purple 3 mattress I think....got it on clearance for like $1,400 new. It is absolutely worth it. Best bed I've ever slept on.

This year will be 10 years on our OG purple mattress. It still feels comfy, but if I sleep more than 8 or 9 hours I feel sore. Not sure if that is the mattress fault, or if it is me getting older. It is not as firm as it used to be, but it doesnt feel like it has broken down at all.

Paid $999 for a queen size delivered back in 2016. This seems like a good deal considering how much prices have risen on most things since then.
