This is a great price on this model. I know these printers get mixed reviews but I have two and we simply love them. Very economical with ink, both in terms of how slowly it's used up but also in terms of the affordable cost of it when you do need to add more. My opinion of the print quality is like this. Yes, my old cartridge style HP printer did have a bit better, sharper and darker, print quality. BUT, these printers put out decent quality that's awfully close. Yet it doesn't cost me an amount equal to the cost of the printer itself for replacement ink cartridges! Very easy to connect wirelessly unlike my old HP printer. And some useful assortment of scan and print software to boot. Your mileage may vary, as I said I recognize these sometimes get mixed reviews.

I think I have similar printer, I didn't use it as much and it went out of service less than a year, got a replacement and same thing happened again. Ended giving it up. I would say if you use it often then maybe ok, if not, it's not worth it.

I have the older model 3850 and for our needs printing school work some office papers it does a great job. Everyones use is different, basic paperwork prints with color and scanning these Epsons are best bang for the buck. If you need more photo prints might want to look at a different printer, or if you print 2 times a year get a laser printer. It sips ink at a very slow rate, after 2 year i had to replace the black ink and the replacement can be found pretty cheap all the colors you want with additional black is $20. Refilling them is also very straight forward. I would not consider this printer to be fast by any means but i cant complain about its print quality.

Got one last week. Needed a color printer for family use. Looks brand new aside from the fact it did not come in standard packaging. I used ChatGPT to set up an automatic weekly test print to prevent clogging. Happy with the purchase so far.
