I had to look a the user's guide, but here are some of the callouts:

It has 4.6 stars on Walmart's site at the $130 price point it retails at. The only complaint I found was that the screen is usually sharp but sometimes grainy in certain conditions. At this price point I think that's fine but if you are picky about screens you might want to pass on this one. Personally I'm using a $30 refurb Fire HD10 as a streaming media BT interface for a party speaker, and I have a Fire 11 Max that I would probably love if not for the Fire OS nonsense (I do like it).
Half tempted to pick one of these up for work, look at schematics on it.

Refund on the way. Really crappy they bumped the price.
In most states businesses have to honor the transaction if it was paid.
Thats interesting that bad feedback is getting removed. Years ago I sold something on ebay but lost the item due to moving and had to cancel and refund the buyer. They left negative feedback and eBay wouldnt remove it as they said it was valid.
I guess you just need to sell a lot of things and pay them a lot of fees and they will do what you want.
The only things that works these days are public shaming to a large enough audience and boycotts.
