Owned by a two power companies one is US based in Pennsylvania and other mostly in Canada and Asia. They have been branching out last several years. great generators, lawn equipment type stuff, lights etc, a lot of the stuff like TVs is just rebranded stuff from China under some no name subsidiary, same company that makes stuff for Amazon fire and Sharp.

Check open box at Best buy, sometimes they have great deals.

For example a Samsung 32" F6000F tv is on sale for $130. An excellent open box goes for $50.

But the Xumo brand software is Chinese and very flaky. Xumo is also installed on a lot of pioneer tv's too.
