Not bad actually. Ingredients are quite simple, no sucralose, citric acid instead of triple chain stabilizers, this has less sugar (per serving) than Coke or Pepsi and it seems to be cane sugar as opposed to hfcs.

True. While you can drink this straight up most people mix it with water or milk (to get your 8oz per serving).

I for one am fine with someone posting the note that it isn't as healthy (or workable in other cases) as it is marketed. I'll read it, take it with a grain of salt and move on one way or the other.
