I purchased this. Its nice. I bought table top from ikea. It was like 40 bucks. Only downside is the cables hang out everywhere. Will probably eventually anchor / screw them into the bottom of the table top
We have a pet that will destroy exposed cables -- do you think it would be possible to secure or wrap them with sturdier material? Hard to tell from photos.

I'd love to see a 3 leg version of this for sale for an L shape. It just seems hard to find L shaped toppers that are good.

How does it compare to another option from Costway: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Costwa.../400738547 ?
I got one on sale last October for $70, now it's $80. It fits me well, with a large table top I bought it from Ikea.
The Topsky claims 50 lbs more weight capacity.

That's the best way to do it. You can get one at IKEA or a butcher block from HD. Really, it's way better. If you're getting a dual motor stand, make the top as nice as the bottom. The tops they send with sit/stand desks are garbage... but I'm a carpenter and do the butcher block for clients all the time. I did just buy a cheap sit/stand desk from Walmart but wish this deal was available then, I would have done exactly what I'm preaching. 😅
I got a hevea butcher block unfinished can you please share any tips on conditioning, stain, sealing? Oil vs water ect? Looking to get a walnutstain.

I bought one of these last year and got a 6ft x 3ft butcher block table top. It's just perfect!

I bought this table top to pair it with my desk. Low key think I could have bought a cheaper top but I guess I'll see how it looks together. It was $99 lol

How stable are these when used at higher heights? I'm currently using a 43" 4k TV as a monitor along with a separate 27" computer monitor on an adjustable mounting arm.

Check the motor ratings. There are online calls that tell you power to weight ratios.
