This is going to give you more precise control imo since it is more of a pen style mini rotary tool(4v) vs the larger dremel (12v) ones. Probably more power and run time on the dremel though. It really depends on your use case, If smaller 3d prints and jewelry and such I'd go with the fanttik. For me the Fanttik is superior since I am working with finishing 3d printed parts mainly. They are kind of totally different tools so it is really up to you and your use case.
