I like that these have a safety pin to prevent collapsing if one bumps into the ratchet handle. Seems like a good deal. Note: reviews seem to mention 3 a Ton stand.

1 generic stand of questionable quality for $35 doesn't see like a particularly slick deal.

I think if I was going for this price range I would either go for the 3-ton Daytona for $50/pair or 6-ton for $80/pair from Harbor Freight if you need more than 3-ton, and those are the regular prices. They go on sale all the time, so at most $10 more a pair for 50% increase in capacity and higher max height (23-3/4 in vs only 20 in for these) with the same locking pin safety feature seems like a no-brainer to me.
