I was very hesitant about the switch lite, then my daughter got one for Christmas, and I've been playing it when she goes to bed. I might just get my own at this price lol.
Quick question - I know it is probably a lost cause with digital games, but most of what I have in that regard are Switch 2 games like the bundled Mario Kart, Cyberpunk, Fast Fusion, etc. For Switch games on physical cards, do they save your progress internally? If so, would that only work between systems for a non upgraded game like Xenoblade Chronicles X, or would games like Animal Crossing and Breath of the wild also work? Much like having a Chromebook for when I don't want barbarians at the airport destroying a more expensive laptop, this could be a convenient fallback for trips.
However, it is 2026, which means after years of Steam and Xbox cloud saves working across generations of hardware, I can only guess that either Nintendo does not do this, or it is behind some stupid paywall. On card saves would alleviate that. This company could not split payments on a system between eShop cards and a credit card, so I'm guessing this will not work.

Be aware that the coupon is a one time use only, ie. if you are planning to buy something else from VIPOutlet with this coupon be sure to make it in one transaction.
so tempting but will resist and just use our old "atmosphere" switch 1 if I want to start playing by myself again and let the kiddo continue using the switch 2... it is nice a single account can basically play all the same digital games (albeit some limitations, but still better than what I remember is possible on either xbox or PS).
