This bundle stands out as a high-value parts package for AI or workstation-style builds, especially because the 128GB of G.SKILL RAM and the included 4TB WD_BLACK SSD carry most of the value. The RAM is described as having decent timings, and the free extras make the total pricing look far below buying the parts separately. The main oddity is the pairing of a gaming-focused 9850X3D with 128GB of memory and no GPU, which feels overbuilt for gaming and underbalanced for the CPU. It makes the most sense if the RAM and storage are the real draw.

  • The bundle can support local LLM runs because 128GB system RAM helps handle larger high-context models.

  • The included WD_BLACK 4TB NVMe is positioned as a major value driver if the free-gift details are accurate.

  • The RAM kit included in the bundle reportedly has decent DDR5 timings for the 128GB configuration.

  • A real build outcome shows the bundle can be paired with an RTX 5070 Ti and still land under about $2900 total after adding core components.

  • The 128GB RAM pairing can be mismatched with the 9850X3D for typical needs, making the CPU choice feel odd.

  • Using system RAM as a reserve pool for a GPU can kill performance, since VRAM limitations still matter for many workloads.

  • The cart pricing can be misleading because the RAM purchase may include the 4TB WD_Black SN7100 SSD as a freebie.

  • The bundle composition can be less practical for gaming because it includes no GPU, which can push total cost higher.

I assume they mean the duster but it's generally well-reviewed.

RAM prices are in a bubble right now thanks in part to someone's trade war. Trying to make a profit from resale would be like trying to flip houses when the market is peaking... it's not impossible, but you're just as likely to be left holding the bag when the bubble finally bursts and prices settle down
Trade war? The prices were not crazy, UNTIL THE AI BUYOUT. You don't have to like orange man, AT ALL, but some intellectual honesty would do you some good. With citizens like you, it's no wonder we get the lying psychotic politicians we get

Basically: Buy the insanely overpriced RAM Kit, and everything else is free.

(The 128GB Alone is 1700 bucks, so literally this is the same price as just the RAM.)

Wow this is pretty sick. I think I might buy this and sell the ram for $1200, SSD for $450, and motherboard for $175 on ebay.

I could keep the CPU and $125 on top, but realistically eBay fees would be about $250, but still this CPU for $125 is crazy.

It is kind of an annoying amount of work to sell all this on eBay though
kinda risky to sell ram in this environment. Lots of scammers both on the buyers and seller side. Almost too easy to commit return fraud.

I ended up buying this bundle for a new work PC. Paired it with a GIGABYTE WindForce GeForce RTX 5070 Ti which randomly came with a free GIGABYTE B550 GAMING X V2 AM4 AMD B550 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard... SO SO SO random.
So 4tb NVME, Resident Evil 9, $110 mobo, Random fan, and Crimson Desert all included as extras. I ended up picking up a case, psu, and AIO cooler and still stayed under $2900.
I am confused, but I am here for it!

Wait, wait wait. You want more than 4 m.2 slots? What motherboard has more than 4 m.2 slots ? Why would you even need more than 4 considering the limited PCIe lanes? And the limitations of m.2 in terms of capacity these days which almost means going SATA for HDDs

No GPU with this bundle, yet 128GB of RAM? That is just a really odd bundle, you are still looking at 4-500 for a basic GPU, so that puts the whole cost at over 2K. Take half the RAM and put a decent GPU for the same cost and it would be worth buying.

How do you guys afford these crazy prices is beyond my comprehension.
I paid attention to the tech news and prebought everything for a new PC at the lowest or close to the lowest price for it.

I just need to buy CPU, MB and AIO. I am hoping for Intel Nova Lake 52 core CPU and Z990 MB to be good. If not, my current systems are just fine for years.
