Yeah it is. I found several for this price on Amazon. Amazon Basics one is $7.20 normal price.

I feel like too much stuff is promoted as a deal on Slickdeals nowadays. People see a low price, assume it's a deal, even if the item is low price item to begin with.

This is probably good for those who don't have free shipping available through Amazon, so there's that. I think Best Buy gives free shipping if you have an account. Also, the open box deals are genuinely good deal. $1.99 for "Excellent" condition is not bad.

Great deal. Needed about 6 cables a month ago, went with cable natters cat6 cables, they had a 10 pack of 10ft for $25.
