They kind of nest together so it's not too terrible. I just leave mine sitting on top of the bowls.

This picture is huritng my eyes.. Is there some kind of silver thing built into the lid? I have a similar style of bowls from sams club and they work great. Im guessing they all might be from the same factory if you traced it all back..

Dang, just bought 2 metal bowls off Amazon last week. Much lighter to work with than all glass.

Just a lesson I learned from the baker in the family -- don't buy these for baking. My little baker didn't like the very similar bowls I bought because they do not have smooth insides, which makes scraping out batter more of a hassle. I don't really bake, so it never occurred to me because they're fine for cooking.
