If you have received a $100 off coupon from google yesterday for pixel 10a, you can combine it with FI discount of $250 to get the pixel 10a from google store for $149. Only requirement is you have to continue service for 120 days.

The fi promotion runs through Apr 6th and Google coupon is valid until 3/11 which gives you enough time to become an existing FI customer by signinging up with unmentionable codes. Fi considers you an existing customer after 21 days of service. The total for the phone and the service would be $149 + $100 -$60 = $190, still a very good price for unlocked Pixel 10a. You can keep using your existing carrier after activating the phone with FI and stashing the FI SIM away.

That's for FI existing customers so if you want to avail that, as mentioned in the post you have to become existing customer by opening a FI line and staying on for 21 days or so.

This is also a good time to open a Fi account (if you don't have one) to do S26 deal next week assuming it continues until 21 days from now.

I am indeed a fi existing customer. I asked the cusotmer service and their reply was "you are actively participating in credit back event for the Pixel 10 Pro XL so you are not eligible"
