One thing I have learned these past couple years...... Never in any circumstance, pre-order a game because more often than not, it ends up being crap.

Not only that but if you play on PC most of these games end up being $20 after 6-12 months lol

Besides that though, resident evil games always tend to drop in price quickly and also have a "gold edition" released.

I'm all for playing new games, but the resident evil ones have burned me too many times with the quick price drops and gold editions

No one who played this game said it was crap...this is capcom biggest budget game that have ever made. The last resident evil game that dropped sold 12 million! If you are not impressed with the trailers for this game that drop you literally shouldn't even be here. This is supposed to be the biggest and longest game in the franchise. The return to racoon city is going to be a movement. None of your silent hills, evil with in, left for dead, etc zombies games comes close.

Whao slow down there, turbo. All I'm saying is it might be better to wait for it to release so we can see reviews from actual gamers before dropping a bunch of cash on it. I'm not saying it will be a bad game.

I'm not saying it will be a bad game, but it will probably be a bad game.

There, happy now? ROFL

While I typically agree it's best to wait on games, RE games haven't had problems for a long time. It'll be the only game I pre order this year.

For me, there are franchise games (primary titles in the series) that are bought on release day and there are all the rest: GTA, Zelda, Resident Evil. Bunch of the 3D Mario stuff. God of War. It's like seeing a movie in the theater. Not because of spoilers; I am that excited to play them. Preorder 1000%
