Pixel 10a is essentially equal to Pixel 9a with same storage, memory, camera etc. The very small stuff they actually changed (screen brightness increase of 10%) won't actually matter to anyone. How is it that Google didn't upgrade the Pixel 10a to Tensor G5 or make any other meaningful upgrades?

What did you say to them? That you heard some got a coupon, but you didn't?
As for chat, did you just use the box that pops up if you click "contact us," or something else? I'm very interested in trying this, lol.

Who is getting these $100 codes, is it only to subscribers of higher storage plans?

Sucks, 'cause I would pop on this phone right now if I got that $100 off. The $100 store credit isn't useful to me and I don't want the earbuds. I've got a 6a to trade in, which I'd be happy using for another year, but they're offering $125 for it now, whereas it was $75 a month ago and will probably go back to that after this sale. And who knows what it will drop to if I wait until black friday or early 2027.
I don't spend a lot on phones, the 6A was the most expensive phone I've ever bought, and it was around $275. So I'm gunning for that, lol, and it would be possible if I got that $100 off coupon. Actually, it would effectively be $175 if I got the coupon, as I already got $100 from Google for the 6a battery issue (my battery is still ok and I didn't need to replace it). I'm not counting the store credit as I'd just buy something I don't want or need just to use it up, probably.
