Is there any downside to buying from the outlet? It's only $100 savings, so any downside could outweigh that.

As far as I can tell its just a shorter return window, 7 days. I believe if you request a refund within those 7 days you still have 14 days to get it mailed out.
Going to take a chance on it myself, been waiting for a bit of a dip in price but probably wont get a really significant one till the new 5k2k is out.

Dang, I just grabbed it for $1350 on the partner store. Just debatable if the difference is worth going through the hassle of returning + re-ordering. Does anyone know if customer support would refund for the difference?

Even those pics don't do it justice. I compare to my 32 qd Oled and it's just remarkable how much bigger it feels. May be the 800r.
