I'm assuming these are meant to compare to "Mighty Patches Original Patch."
I have used them for a while and they work pretty great. If you have a blemish that releases a lot of liquid, sometimes it hardens before it's all released. This pulls the liquid out and also prevents it from further irritation or dirt from getting in.
Unfortunately my skin genetics are awful, so even in to my early 30s I still get blemishes here and there. If I wear one overnight, I see a significant improvement in the morning. It won't disappear, but the inflammation, redness, and noticeability are diminished by at least 50%
