My partner and I both use variations of the RK96 that we've been using for 3ish years nearly daily. It's been easy to swap switches into and is a great mid range option. Pretty solid battery life and good enough 2.4ghz. We had some weirdness using it with a C-to-A adapter that was included, but otherwise problem free.

Not a serious keyboard for productivity. I like 96% keyboards because one can get a ten-key with about the same width of a TKL keyboard. However you need that top row stacked all the way across (this has volume control) to include 4 important keys, home/end and page up/page down.

I'm going to disagree, but I think it all comes down to preference. I have a RK98, and I specifically hunted it down because I consider that set of keys useless, and wanted a more travel-friendly full-sized keyboard; I've always used the numberpad's Home/End/PageUp/PageDown keys.

That said, my RK98 has a line in the upper-right corner with the Home/End/PageUp/PageDown keys.

I also see it's on sale after a 25% discount - $52.50.

Pretty outdated design. At this price point you'd want a keyboard with a gasket structure at least.

IMO very use case dependent. I often find myself fat-fingering the F11 or F12 key, ending up in full screen or with the inspect element open, more than I use any of the other F keys for the top bar. I do however used HOME, END, PRINT SCR, and DEL key very frequently and missing those or having to function-Numpad them is a deal breaker for me.

What are the benefits of the gasket structure?

I have 2x if these, 1x at home and other at work. It's a good keyboard but 45 still seems quite a bit for what it offers tbh

softer typing experience as opposed to firmer typing experience. Its all subjective and preference based .. there is no "best" way ... well i guess best way would be to try a few models and switches to see which one you prefer.
This board is pretty good for the price. it holds its own with other keyboards under $100. It even comes with a magnetic wrist wrest which is basically unheard of for the price.
