Menards has the Nexigo dual controller charger for PS5 on sale for $3, plus an 11% store credit, making it $2.67. I've had this model since 2021 from a similar deep discount, and it has been great. Mine came with the USB-C cable to plug into the console and the two adapters to plug into the controller ports. I leave my adapters plugged into the controller and then just return them to the cradle when they need a charge.
The front display changes from red to green when it finishes charging, and at this point I've had zero issues with it affecting battery life or overcharging my controllers and ruining the batteries. It also has a small footprint so it can fit about anywhere you can put a single controller laying down.
