Pretty sure this isn't "Milwaukee" Milwaukee. It's the knock off cheap version.

Apparently this company makes high quality stuff as well, but it is not the power tool Milwaukee owned by TTI.

This Milwaukee brand is owned by Gleason, who makes quality stuff. Good deal.

Which is better the Cosco brand one or this one?

The Cosco one has the toe plate that you can flip down in cart mode. That seems more useful and I was hoping Costco would start carrying it again.

This! I own the Cosco brand hand truck and the foldable toe plate is the most used feature. It is so versatile with just that feature.

You are correct that this is not the power tool company, however you are wrong about it being a "cheap knock off". Milwaukee hand trucks are the name brand.

You mean the Home Depot one has this feature right? I don't see it on the Costco one. That does seems like a nice feature to carry oversized items.

Just bought this last week. It's been pretty solid so far. The toe plate is very sturdy, probably because it's fixed.
I Like the feel much better than the Cosco one so far

Yes, the Cosco brand one at Home Depot. Costco used to carry it for the same price as the Milwaukee.
