Don't have this model but have older ones. We feel the air is cleaner, if you look at the filter its definitely dirty after a while and the cloth cover needs to be washed every week. We have a dog and no smoking.

Looked at these at my local Costco. They had 2 samples out of the box. The fabric cover was extremely stretched and did not look very good. What is the experience people have who own these air purifiers? Does the outer fabric prefilter retain is tight fit/shape over time or do they become extremely loose like the in store samples?
