Technically, this is called the "Energizer Ultimate Power bank", Their "Ultimate Lithium" line is their lithium metal non-rechargeable batteries. Lithium ion and lithium metal are two very different kinds of batteries.

No, but even if if did, you most likely still wouldn't be able to fly domestically in China with it given its high capacity at 111Wh.

Got me pulled over and had to seek approval for it to be brought aboard the plane. Not this one but was also a 30000 mah power bank.

Incorrect. The FAA does not prohibit power banks over 100Wh. Every single time a battery bank over 100Wh gets posted, someone comes along and makes this incorrect statement.

All you have to do is actually read what you linked.

The "with airline approval" simply means refer to the airline's policy.

All of them have policies posted on their websites that state you can indeed carry 1 or 2 powerbanks that are 101-160Wh. You don't need written approval or to even declare it.

Actually "Energizer Ultimate Power Banks" are LiPo (rechargeable) and "Energizer Ultimate Lithium Batteries" are Lithium Iron Disulfide aka Lithium Metal batteries (non-rechargeable).
