Yeah sorry, specifically from Best BUy. What was weird is it seemed to ship from a warehouse. Was all boxed nicely... and destroyed :/

Not an excuse, but it's a potential reason for their experience. If this shipped from a warehouse it wouldn't be hanging on pegs anyway.
