Have ordered on this sale the last two times, and LITERALLY all 12 figures (6 or so per sale) came in with destroyed packaging. They were hung on hooks, and whoever was doing the shipping just... ripped them off the hooks instead of gently sliding them off? 2 of the 12 over half the back of the box was just thrown into the shipping box... Baffling.

I had the same experience in store with Best Buy. Every single one has something wrong with it, whether it was a missing/broken head, crushed box, etc. I have no idea what they do to these things in their store rooms lol...

I like ordering NECA toys from Target - they provide a box with bubble wrap. The Queen Alien was in stock this past week FYI.

yeah I ordered some Neca from Target recently. All came INSANELY well boxed. Pretty sure it shipped straight from NECA ass well.

Best Buy did a lot of shipping straight out of their stores (if a store near you gets a long that you bought items, they'll pick the item and ship it from there). it's entirely possible these were damaged in the shelf by customers.

Not an excuse, but it's a potential reason for their experience. If this shipped from a warehouse it wouldn't be hanging on pegs anyway.
