Keep in mind that these are harder to install due to side holes instead of open access to bolts and in some cases water valve might be in the way and has to be moved so check clearances.

In addition are one piece toilets heavier to lift which makes install also harder. Made that mistake only once and will never make that mistake again.

With two people and some side clearance, it isn't so bad. One person? I'm very weak, it would be very hard so I understand where they are coming from. The skirted toilets stay so much cleaner though and look wonderful. And they can even save you space (cause the bowl takes up less room with the built in tank). I love the one I installed , different brand though (the ceramic "coating" to prevent sticking is pretty weak on mine).
I paired mine with a bidet, and it looks and fits perfectly.

We have a different deer valley toilet. My parents love it but I think the parts like the flush valves can only be purchased from deer valley? And they're freakin expensive too. We've already had to replace it twice. If anybody knows how to use a generic one let me know......

Inflated MSRP? It's listed at $335 MSRP on home depot and it's commonly on sale, trying to trick people to thinking this is a good purchase. I looked at purchasing some toilets recently and decided against deer valley with how little professional plumbers actually like this brand.

True but even if the real msrp is $335 AND HD has it on sale for say $250, getting it for $186 is still a great deal so to me this still qualifies as slick even in that scenario. Obviously just like any other deal, ymmv since everyone has different "checkboxes" for what adds value to the deal. I'm luckily in that camp as I've been looking for an ADA height ✅, dual flush ✅, elongated bowl ✅, and a one piece ✅ but to each their own of course.

Got this awhile back from Walmart for $99. As others have stated it's heavy, not suitable for tight space and one piece. But overall it's nice stylish and nice.
