Some confirmation is needed whether this is 1 - 15 lb plate or 2 - 15 lb plates. Other than the picture it doesn't say it is a pair.

It's described as a set in the item title on the web site. You should get a pair. I purchased a set either via this or a similar listing on the web site and got two identical plates as expected.
