These are kind of fun, but the other day I blew one out and a full chunk of burning embers blew out of it and stayed lit while I rushed to put it out on my kitchen table. Interesting party trick, Woodwick.

I might need to invest in one of those Ebenezer Scrooge candle putter-outter things.

Just place the included wooden cap on top when you blow it out and it will ensure it stays out with no oxygen.

If you just set the wooden cover back on it goes out in a second or two and it keeps the smoke and embers conatined.

You can put candles out by just putting the lid back on top too.

If you have an Aldi nearby, they occasionally sell knockoff wood wick candles for much cheaper than this, around $6-7.

I just walked back from my kitchen where the bottom of the lid said "do not use lid to extinguish flame"
