I don't know if this is a YMMV or a new Woot! policy, but on every game I bought from Woot this week, I also got an additional 10% off for using my Prime Visa (still 5% cash back, as well on Woot!). Shows as "Prime Discount."

Also saw Suikoden I & II HD Remastered for $21.99 before any discount which seems a fair price.
