Seems like a really good price. Some reviews say you need a good seal (reliant on clamping force) so if you have a small head it might end up sounding bad.

Love my open back planner Hifiman headphone. Not sure how bad the closed back sound.... just found out these are using 50mm dynamic drivers with closed back.

Hifiman is pretty infamous for its closed back offerings. But the price here is hard to beat for sure.

I am done with HifiMan - the built quality is just okay and the headphones don't seem to hold their value (I am selling my "HIFIMAN HE4XX Planar Magnetic Headphones" on eBay if anyone is interested). You'll likely need an amp (I've been using the Schiit amp to power my headphones)

The impedance is only 16 ohms, so you won't need an amp.
