I love mine, haven't had to do anything special with it, it just works. I've used PLA and PETG without issue.

Mine was very good right out of the box. Getting a 3d printer with an AMS unit at this price is a great deal. The AMS unit by itself is worth $200. In addition to multi-color, it really helps with large prints where you may run out of filament as it will automatically start using the next spool so long as you have it set to the same filament type/color on the printer.

My 10 year old son has been printing a bunch of random stuff on his own so it's pretty easy to operate.

It's much more user friendly than my old Ender 3.
