Are you saying you need to use Baking soda+H20 along with this product?

No he's saying to get some baking soda, mix it with water, use a terminal cleaning tool and clean the corrosion and sulfate off. Then wash away with water. It's literally what every single manufacturer including heavy duty does and suggests in their service manual for techs. Baking soda and water or ammonia and water mixture as a base to neutralize the battery acid and sulfates.

I see. thanks for clarifying. this product seems more convenient to have on hand in mobile scenarios than multiple ingredients and a scrubber.

Select a red sate instead Ha ha

It's probably not in the logistics network, and unavailable to be shipped to that area. This happens all the time.

A terminal cleaner is easy to use and cheap. It will come with two parts, one for the battery terminal and one for the lugs. Both should be cleaned periodically of corrosion. None should really be present on a non-leaking battery.

I've had a can of CRC cleaner for literally over a decade - a little goes a long way.

He said exactly that, what he shoulda said was "use baking soda mixed with water to clean the battery terminals with a cleaning brush."
