It's not mips, but in the VA tech ratings it scored better (0.62, 4 stars) than many mips helmets.

FWIW I tried Kelvin II MIPS and it was so uncomfortable compared to other brands I don't think I'd want to try another Outdoor Master again. Ended up going with a Giro. I suggest trying helmets on in a store. If you want to buy this online, get a few other brands as well and just keep what fits you best.
