I got a refurbished Leap V1 in November, and I couldn't be happier. With a Black Friday sale, I paid less than $400 before tax. Everything looked brand new. Customer service was terrific.

Company is local to me, bought a Leap V2 last year (refurb) and couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Think they refunded $40 for me picking it up as well. Also opted for the nicer/extra seat padding.
