YMMV - locally OH 44060 this isn't the price for me, but these are worth it. Less fatigue on the ears and honestly safer when outdoors/around cars/in parks etc.

This generation of Shokz are Most comfortable headphones I've ever used.

They're also mediocre sound quality due to lack of seal - no bass whatsoever and music always sounds distant. But that comes with the open design of these headphones. Great for podcasts, working with "elevator music", being able to hear everything around you.

Recommend.

I guess it may be frequently returned because bone conduction audio isn't for everyone. I actually purchased the Open Run Pro 2 for the fact that makes an effort on bass production and I love them. The audio isn't as good as earbuds IMO, but the trade-off to hear my surroundings while running, or even while I'm working is pretty nice. If I head into a Costco and these were on sale, I would definitely get another pair.

Pros are a bit better. They don't rely solely on bone conduction, but have audio speakers too to help with bass and volume, making a hybrid of traditional and bone. Makes it a lot better for music. But you can turn that off if you want only bone conduction.

The bone conduction isn't exactly what it's cracked up to be. It's basically a speaker near your ear without sealing your canals I like them because they stay on and you don't have to worry about an earbud falling out. If I'm using them in a close space with the volume maxed people can hear the audio I don't like that, I thought they'd magically conduct a symphony by gyrating my ear bones. Still they pair and sync to Bluetooth seamlessly phone audio is good music audio is good and they don't fall off and are comfortable . Great for podcast listening as mentioned. if you want more bass you have to adjust it to over your ear hole but it's not going to win over audiophiles. I think for 50$ it's a good product I'd like to see them at $30 , model dependent I guess. Not a bad product

Mentioned this in another post - I called before going to the store to confirm stock, but couldn't find the display when I arrived. I decided to go to check out and provided the item number to the cashier and was able to purchase it and pick up at the MPU area.

I bought this one and noticed the following issues

1. The sound is small
2. No noise cancellation
3. Only pair one device at a time

It is very comfortable to wear though, but I will return it.

I consider this one and the openrun pro as well very safe to the ears compared to the in ear or over ear. In addition to the benefit of being oriented with your surroundings rather than using the annoying ambient sound mode. Very cool concept.
