The warranty process takes hours to process (Samsung chat support follows their extremely painful script and will make you do all kinds of stupid things like put a piece of paper in the door to ensure seal just to move forward) and days for tech to make an appt. The final call to get a refund (even after the tech sent in the can't repair/refund authorization) took over 2 hours.
It's a good price but my personal experience is that major issues can develop in just 3 years.

I had a 30" Bespoke nothing but problems and repairs for almost 2 years. temperature sensors wouldnt even alert me when the temperature was too high, and the thermometer couldnt even accurately display the correct temperatures either. Crappy Samsung technicians that claim to repair it right the first and second time (freon leak) but don't. Shitty Samsung warranty where you'll also be waiting like a week for the technician to even come out to repair aswell.
Just a bunch of overpriced electronic based refrigerators that can't even refrigerate!!!
Samstung for a reason!!!
Get yourself a similar GE for the same size and price you'll be much happier (I got the GNE27JYMYFFS for $1,500 in September 2025, 0 issues so far)
