Costco seems have 90 days return and 2 years warranty.

I got mine from Costco. 2 year warranty included. Compressor warranty is 10 years from Samsung. Not sure about longevity. The water pitcher and dual ice types is nice but the ice bins aren't huge. This is a great price.

Damn good price on a Bespoke. Too bad my fridge is only 2 years old. 😁 Not available in my area anyway.

I have this fridge, got it slightly cheaper through Samsung Offers (workplace discount). We love it, have had it since the beginning of December, so yes not long to know of long-term reliability. That said, when I researched, it seemed like the Bespoke series fridges are somewhat of an exception to the horrible reliability Samsung is known for with fridges. This appears to be a pretty great price/similar to what I paid.

Darn, got one about a month ago for $1800 from Samsung but mine have the beverage center four doors and my favorite the auto open doors. Took the 5 year $129 warranty though.

I bought a Bespoke fridge in 2023 and it had a Freon leak by 2026. It was covered by Samsung sealed system warranty but it kept leaking after 2 repair attempts. I personally am NOT getting another one.

The warranty process takes hours to process (Samsung chat support follows their extremely painful script and will make you do all kinds of stupid things like put a piece of paper in the door to ensure seal just to move forward) and days for tech to make an appt. The final call to get a refund (even after the tech sent in the can't repair/refund authorization) took over 2 hours.

It's a good price but my personal experience is that major issues can develop in just 3 years.
