As a privacy advocate, they infuriate me with their hostile policies. I had to threaten them with a CCPA request just to get them to knock it off. I would not have expected something like this from them.

My Honda Odyssey is listed to take 5.7 quarts (from dry) but usually only takes 5 exactly. They quoted me $10.99 for an extra quart even though my car doesn't need it and about $13 in shop fees and taxes for a total of $24.
Overall a decent deal by today's prices for synthetic oil. If you DIY oil changes you can still beat this price and make sure somebody getting paid $12/hr doesn't screw it up.
