Service Advisor told me their online system never sends them information, and to always call.
I've never gone back since, too much of a hassle, and sadly they bought out some of the best shops in the area (with good reviews), just to replace the staff with cheaper less-skilled labor and their newer reviews reflect it. (They use the old shops reviews to pad their current ones to look good until you drill down).
Made an appointment on line for Friday Feb 27 at 7:30am. Received a text that the online booking was inaccurate (overwhelmed). Wound up getting an appointment on Wednesday Feb 25 at 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 - checked me in and I stated I would wait and needed car by 2:30. 2PM car was done. They recommended tires and emailed me pictures. No other up sell. Total price was $7.01 for shop supplies and recycling oil fee. My oil change was done on Bethel Road in Columbus Ohio. Store had google ratings of 3.8 and car fax ratings of 4.6. They even reset the oil life and my dashboard which the dealership did not one time. I overheard that the shop had 50+ appointments this week for oil changes. They were completely booked up and had to turn away paying customers. Great promotion by AAA but they slammed their shops. This shop was also honoring the coupon after the deadline as a courtesy for those who got double booked online.
I was completely satisfied on this end.
In addition to oil change if you ask they'll rotate tires for free, had that done as well. $13 in charges, well worth it.
Had tires properly inflated as well.
