Not bad, but last year they had the 13 in model for $750, so not sure if the xtra 2" is worth the $150

It's a $300 markdown, like the best sales on 13" but I dont know, either, how people decide that's a worthwhile upgrade for 13". Then again, it seems strictly worse to me to have the bigger laptop.

The other deal you posted is not $719, it's $799. Unless it's the first purchase with your new Military Star Card. Plus, there have been way better deals for first MSC purchases, 20% sometimes.

So you would recommend waiting? I've been itching to try a mac for a while, but no rush-- I dont think I've used one since about 2009.

If you don't have a MSC, it might be worth it for you. Although, remember the hit to your credit rating for getting a new credit card. Another thing about the MSC is that your unit commander can authorize garnishment of your wages for non-payment without due process.
