I got this around Christmas from the Target deal and this thing is awesome. Kids along with adults enjoy shooting this thing. Ended up getting two more to gift as well.

I grabbed it but target didn't get it ready for pickup in time so they sent me a $20 gift card offsetting the price.

The new version has smoke coming out of the barrel
I got one of these when they were on sale for this price back in December. You'd think that a sub-$25 motorized toy that purports to mechanically advance belted amunition, rapidly strip off individual rounds, feed them into a set of flywheels and send a veritable fusillade of white-hot foam dart mayhem 30-40 feet downrange while a massive set of gatling barrels spins at high speed could not possibly work. Or work reliably. Yet it does and it's a ridiculous amount of fun. Even burning through a steady diet of alkaline batteries, the dollar-to-joy ratio of this thing is off the charts.
It's a little frightening to think too hard about what this thing is modeled after. But honestly, I'd much rather have my kid tearing around the backyard with their friends getting exercise, fresh air and real social interaction than being cooped up in their rooms playing Call of Duty online.
